StratOps

The shape of the record

A mind map, drawn without a line of JavaScript.

This site loads no scripts. Neither does the app it describes — zero runtime dependencies, nothing that runs in a browser to render a shape. So the picture below isn't computed by your browser. It's markup, fixed at the time it was written, built from real counts rather than a diagram someone drew to look plausible.

01The record, branching out
Mind map of the StratOps record: eight entity types branching from the center, each labeled with its real row count as of the 2026-08-17 migration. the record 8,724 rows · six months · migrated 2026-08-17 Tasks 506 · 211 completed Ideas 51 · 2 acted on Solutions 47 Knowledge 88 entries Observations 190 · 0 triaged Decisions 112 · 0 closed Changelog 564 entries Deals 14

Eight branches, eight real counts, one export. Nothing here is a placeholder waiting for data — this is what the export held on the date the migration ran.

02Why static, and why here

There's no button for this inside a conversation with Claude.

Talking is the whole surface of the app, and there's no dashboard — not for this, not for anything. Ask Claude for the shape of the record today and you'll get a description in words, built from the same read tools every other answer draws on, not a picture. This page is the closest thing that exists to one, and it exists here rather than there because a marketing page can afford to be written once and left alone; a live answer can't.

That could change. Claude can now render interactive content directly inside a conversation — a tool hands back a small resource, the host draws it in a sandboxed frame, no client script required to make it happen. If a graph tool is ever built for StratOps itself, this is roughly the shape it would take: markup describing a picture, not a program computing one. Nothing has been decided yet about building it, so this page describes what exists, not a roadmap.
